Creamy Scrambled Eggs

 

 

Scrambled eggs. Classic breakfast! There’s a million ways to make them, so it might be a little intimidating if you’re uncomfortable with cooking. But do not worry! These BEST EVER creamy scrambled egg recipe is simple to make, and delivers delicious eggs every time!

 

 

Ingredients:
3 Whole Eggs
1/4 Cup Chopped Onions (or any other vegetables you might want to add!)
1 Tablespoon butter
Salt & Pepper

Instructions:
1. Put pan on stove over medium heat. Add butter.
2. When pan is hot, add onions and a pinch of salt.
3. Cook until onions become translucent, about 5 minutes.
4. Whisk eggs in separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Turn heat to low and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
6. Add whisked eggs into pan. With a spatula, keep eggs moving constantly. Eggs will slowly begin to thicken. This take about 10-15 minutes depending on how many eggs you are cooking.
