Ingredients
  • 31 oz can refried beans
  • 8 oz sour cream
  • 8 oz softened cream cheese
  • 1 package taco seaoning
  • 1/2 head shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 4 large tomatoes, diced or 6 roma tomatoes
  • 4 oz shredded mexican cheese blend or mild cheddar
  • 6 oz sliced or chopped olives
  • 8 oz pickled jalapenos
Instructions
  1. In one large dish or 2 8x8 dishes, spread refried beans evenly.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread over bean layer evenly

  3. Sprinkle lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, olives and jalapenos evenly.

  4. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa. Enjoy!
