Put pan on stove over medium heat. Add butter.
When pan is hot, add onions and a pinch of salt.
Cook until onions become translucent, about 5 minutes.
Whisk eggs in separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Turn heat to low and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
Add whisked eggs into pan. With a spatula, keep eggs moving constantly. Eggs will slowly begin to thicken. This take about 10-15 minutes depending on how many eggs you are cooking.
Once eggs have completely thickened, turn off heat and enjoy!
