Creamy Scrambled Eggs

  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 1 1/4 Cup Chopped Onions
  • 1 Tbsp Butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  1. Put pan on stove over medium heat. Add butter.

  2. When pan is hot, add onions and a pinch of salt.

  3. Cook until onions become translucent, about 5 minutes.

  4. Whisk eggs in separate bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste.

  5. Turn heat to low and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

  6. Add whisked eggs into pan. With a spatula, keep eggs moving constantly. Eggs will slowly begin to thicken. This take about 10-15 minutes depending on how many eggs you are cooking.

  7. Once eggs have completely thickened, turn off heat and enjoy!
